Which fast bowler bowls the best slower ball and which spinner bowls the best faster ball ?

I think i will have to agree with your opinion.

Yes, Shoaib’s slower ball is a surprising delivery and is quite wicket taking.

And, we all know how well Anil bowls that in coming quicker one. So, i wiull have to agree with you.

There is no current player who blows the best slower ball Waqar Yonis and Wasim Akram were pretty good. Glenn McGrath tried it but is not good with it. Venkatesh Prasad used to get a slower ball here and there.
Anil Kumble is the hands on spinner that bowls a faster ball, it is pretty incredible that he is a spinner.
